Great News!

National Agriculture Week contest winners include two Tattnall County students!
As part of National Agriculture Week, the Georgia Department of Education and Georgia Department of Agriculture recently held a series of contests for students. The essay contest, poster contest, and coloring contest shared a theme: “Agriculture in my county and state: What does agriculture do for me?” More than 1,000 students from across the state participated, and a total of 12 winners have been selected. We are very proud of our winners- Peyton and Erica!

Our School/Community Family

On behalf of WeCare@Clyde’s Charitable Foundation, starting on June 1st, all Tattnall County Clyde’s Market convenience stores will be raising money to support Tattnall County elementary schools. The beneficiary school list will include the following elementary schools: Reidsville Elementary; Glennville Elementary; and Collins Elementary Public Schools. Total number of elementary teachers to benefit from this Fund Raiser will be 101. The grades included in the Fund Raiser will be PreK – 5th grades. Read more...

New Messaging Service
We are in the process of implementing a new messaging/alert system for parents/guardians of students in all Tattnall County Schools. This system will allow us to send voice calls, texts, and emails to the phone number provided by the parent/guardian. We will utilize the system to inform parents/guardians of activities at the schools, as well as issues of which they may need to be aware, such as late buses. In order for this system to be effectively implemented, we will need current contact information for each student.
